St. Helena Chamber - The City of St. Helena, CA is located in the wine country of upper Napa Valley. St. Helena is known for its health spas, world class restaurants, wineries and the Culinary Institute of America. St. Helena serves as a bed and breakfast getaway San Francisco travelers with an abundance of lodging accommodations. St. Helena California is also the home of Napa Valley's Berringer Winery and a short drive to Bothe State Park. The area was settled in 1834 as part of General Vallejo's land grant. The City of St. Helena was incorporated as a City on March 24, 1876 and reincorporated on May 14, 1889.
